Patients must enter a dollar amount and click on “Online Bill Pay” to access the MetroDerm, P.C. payment system.
Once an amount is entered and the ‘Online Bill Pay,’ button has been clicked, you will be taken to our payment system and asked to enter some identifying information necessary to process your payment. Please enter your account, which can be found on the upper right hand side of your statement, in the ‘Customer ID’ field. When entering your address, please be sure to enter the billing address for the card that you are using and only enter the street #/ P.O. box # and your zip code.
