Dear Patients (and Friends),
It has been my pleasure to serve you and your families as a dermatology PA over the last 10 years. During that time, I have seen many of your children grow, I’ve experienced joys and heartaches with you, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount from our daily interactions. Many of you have been with me long enough to “watch” my own children grow. Over the holiday season, I made the difficult decision to leave the MetroDerm family to spend more time with my husband and two kids. It’s a bittersweet decision as I’ve loved my time at MetroDerm and have created amazing bonds with my co-workers and patients. The experiences that I’ve shared with you have served to help shape who I am today, and the memories I will cherish forever. Thank you for trusting in me and know that I have received just as much if not more from you than I have ever given.
I also want to thank Dr. Kim, who has been an amazing mentor and boss over the past 10 years. Her knowledge and guidance have helped shape the PA that I have become. Her dedication to her patients inspired me to practice with that same commitment. She entrusted her patients to me and for that I am grateful to be a part of her team. Please know that you will be taken care of during this transition. Ann Patrick Meagher, PA-C, will be assuming your care moving forward. She is an amazing clinician and has been on Dr. Kim’s team for nearly three years. You can also request to see any of our other amazing providers in MetroDerm.
Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another dermatology office or released to you or a person you designate only with your permission. If you plan to continue your dermatology care with a MetroDerm provider, no action is needed. If you choose to seek care elsewhere, you may request to have your medical records sent to the new provider.
If I do not have the opportunity to see you before I leave, I wish you health and happiness always.
