Dr. Trey Haunson joined MetroDerm in 2014. He is an osteopathic dermatologist and works with patients at our Hiram location.

Dr. Haunson is a native of Marietta, GA, and returned home in 2014 to start practice after completing his dermatology residency at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, in association with the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in microbiology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus in Suwanee, GA, and completed his internship at Largo Medical Center in Largo, FL.
As an osteopathic dermatologist, his primary interests include general and surgical dermatology, with a focus on providing friendly and compassionate care to his patients. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and American Osteopathic Association.
In his free time, Trey enjoys running, reading, playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with his wife and four children.
