  • Turn right onto Atlanta Highway at the main Hiram commercial area (near Walmart and Home Depot).

  • Drive approximately 1 mile, then turn left into Westside Pavilion (look for signage and the Marco’s Pizza and American Health Imaging buildings).

  • #103 is inside the complex

From Marietta:

  • From GA-120 West, turn left onto US‑278 West / Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway toward Hiram.

  • Turn right onto Atlanta Highway (GA‑92 / GA‑360 interchange area).

  • Continue about 1 mile to the Westside Pavilion complex on the left, at 4374 Atlanta Hwy, #103.​

  • Free, plentiful parking immediately adjacent to the building

  • Multiple handicap-accessible spots near suite entries

  • Wheelchair-friendly access throughout the facility

  • Convenient design for patients with mobility or medical needs

Before Your Appointment

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
  • Complete all required forms in advance in your Patient Portal.
  • Bring your photo ID and insurance card.
  • Copay, coinsurance, and deductible are due at the time of service.
  • If scheduled for Mohs surgery or an excision, confirm your estimate via the Patient Portal.
  • A $50 fee applies for no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment.
