Atlanta, GA, February 3, 2026 – MetroDerm is excited to welcome Jodi-Ann Moore, PA-C, to its Hiram office. With 16 years of Dermatology experience, Moore brings extensive expertise in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology, along with a strong commitment to patient education and evidence-based care.
Moore is a board-certified physician assistant with a distinguished background in dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia in 2001. After beginning her career as a research specialist and later working as a certified respiratory therapist in Savannah, Georgia, she pursued her passion for medicine. She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah in 2008.
Following graduation, Moore practiced family medicine in an underserved clinic in Millen, Georgia, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive patient care. In 2009, she transitioned to dermatology, where she has since specialized in treating a wide range of skin conditions while emphasizing patient education, research, and individualized treatment plans.
“The skin is the largest organ of our body and one of the first lines of defense,” said Moore. “Keeping our skin healthy should be a top priority in our overall health and well-being, and I believe education is a key part of empowering patients to care for their skin long-term.”
Moore is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has earned the prestigious designation of Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is licensed by the Georgia Composite Medical Board. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association for Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
