Generally, patients should plan at least a week of recovery before returning to normal activities. A regimenn of regular follow up visits will maximize recovery time and results. Patients are strongly encouraged not to compress the area and to put as little pressure on the area as possible for the first six weeks after the procedure for best results. After six weeks, the patient’s newly-contoured appearance can be maintained with proper diet and exercise.
